Andrius Kairiukstis
DevOps Engineer. Voice Platform Architect. Team Player.
I build cloud PBX systems that scale to millions of calls.
I help companies scale their infrastructure through intelligent automation, robust system design, and collaborative engineering. From orchestrating container clusters to building real-time voice platforms, I deliver backend solutions that handle enterprise-scale traffic while fostering team growth.
Background
I'm a VoIP/RTC architect and senior DevOps engineer with 18+ years building and scaling real-time communication systems. I've deployed voice platforms across 15+ countries — from embedded FreeSWITCH on ARM devices in rural Africa to cloud call centers handling thousands of concurrent calls in Europe and the US.
My recent work includes owning CI/CD tooling for 200+ developers, architecting push-to-talk voice systems, and building a full CCaaS platform from greenfield. I've worked with organizations from startups to large enterprises and government.
